ED QUALITY IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE

Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (QIPS) are cornerstones of the excellent care we provide to our patients in the Emergency Departments at UHN (Toronto General and Toronto Western Hospitals). The QI Committee is tasked with the oversight of research, education and clinical projects that pertain to QIPS. We have various ongoing projects at any given time, and over 50 healthcare providers from all fields of medicine involved. We are excited to share with you some of the projects and impact that our group has had over the last few years. Each link will bring you to a page detailing some of the specifics of the projects, as well as the contact person if you would like to know more. We would be happy to help you improve the care you provide to your patients even further, feel free to contact us!
